Svoboda's Ace Hardware will give away free American flags on Saturday, May 28 to honor the Memorial Day holiday.

Consumers visiting the store at 205 W 4th Ave, Holdrege will receive a free 8’ by 12’ American flag. A second will be donated to the local VFW Glen-Junkin-Freburg Post to be used for marking veterans’ graves on Memorial Day.

This year, Ace Hardware Corporation aims to again give away more than one million American flags nationally. Last year, it gave away more than 500,000 to Ace customers and more than 550,000 to more than 1,900 VFW Posts.

Flags will be available at Svoboda's Ace Hardware while quantities last. Each consumer is limited to one free flag; no purchase is necessary.

Svoboda's Ace Hardware is located at 205 W 4th Ave, Holdrege, Nebraska. This location is owned by Dan & Cindy Svoboda, represented by Jeff Eger and managed by Dan & Cindy Svoboda.
