Taylor Simmons is originally from Vail, Iowa. She lived there until she decided to join the military right after graduation. She served in the US Air Force for 7 years at Offutt Air Force Base, NE. During that time she met her husband, Chris Simmons, and they had their son, Koe, last year. Before moving to Alma, they lived in Plattsmouth, NE. They decided to make the jump and move closer to their family here in Alma for their son. Taylor is excited about becoming a Cardinal because she loves seeing the kids grow every year and having the ability to see her son eventually go to school where her husband graduated from.
