The Community Redevelopment Authority has proposed an amendment to a Plan Modification for the following legally described property:
Lots Three (3) and Four (4), except the South Twenty-Two (22) feet thereof, and Lots Five (5) and Six (6), all in Block Twenty-two (22), Original Town, now City of Hastings, Adams County, Nebraska.
This amendment to property is proposed for Hastings City Council consideration as part of Redevelopment Area #1. A map depicting these lots and the Redevelopment Area #1 can be found here. Hastings Avenue on the 1st Floor or by calling #402-461-2302 and making an appointment.
The Hastings City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this case on December 20, 2022 at 4:00 PM in the City Building, 220 N. Hastings Avenue, Hastings. The Hastings City Council’s review will follow on January 9, 2023 at 5:30 PM in the City Building, 220 N. Hastings Avenue.
