Congressman Adrian Smith from Nebraska has announced the opening of nominations for the 2025 Angels in Adoption Award. This initiative is part of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute's mission, allowing members of Congress to recognize significant contributions benefiting children in need of homes within their districts.
Congressman Smith is inviting nominations from Nebraska's Third District, with submissions being accepted through the website AdrianSmith.house.gov/AngelsinAdoption. Deadline for nominations is set for May 16th.
"Angels in Adoption, a project of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, provides Members of Congress the opportunity to honor an individual or entity from their districts for extraordinary contributions on behalf of children in need of homes."
