Smith invites students to join Youth Advisory Council for 2025-2026

Congressman Adrian Smith is inviting high school students from Nebraska's Third District to apply for the 2025-2026 Youth Advisory Council. The council serves as a platform for sophomores, juniors, and seniors to express their views on local and federal issues. Applications are due by June 27.

The council aims to engage young Nebraskans in civic discussions throughout the academic year. Congressman Smith emphasized the importance of youth involvement, stating, "I appreciate the insight I receive from Youth Advisory Council members. Engaging young Nebraskans in civic life is vital to our state's future and an important aspect of my work."
