Friday, Feb. 28: Grand Island Senior High School standout Carson Cahoy’s college team loses to NJIT Highlanders

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Grand Island Senior High School standout Carson Cahoy’s current college team, the Iona Gaels, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the NJIT Highlanders.

The game took place at Yogi Berra Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Highlanders this season.

The Gaels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 6 p.m. at Yogi Berra Stadium against NJIT Highlanders.
