Hastings Senior High School standout Sophie Cerveny’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Saturday, March 29

On Saturday, March 29, former Hastings Senior High School standout Sophie Cerveny’s current college team, the Eastern Illinois Panthers, lost 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.

The game took place at Williams Field. This was their first matchup against the Redhawks this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 3:30 p.m. at Williams Field against Southeast Missouri State Redhawks.
