Grand Island Senior High School standout Brianne Lawver’s college team lost in NCAA Division II softball game on Thursday, Feb. 27

On Thursday, Feb. 27, former Grand Island Senior High School standout Brianne Lawver’s current college team, the Sioux Falls Cougars, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wilmington Wildcats.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 1:55 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Saint Anselm Hawks.
