Hey Everyone! We are officially 1 month out from the Hayes County Fair! Just a few updates for everyone:
* The Cook Shack schedule is in the mail. You should be receiving that soon. If you cannot work your scheduled time, please find a replacement to cover for you.
* The July Newsletter should be to your mailboxes very soon. It has all kinds of information for fair so be sure to read it carefully. Shooting Sports and Horticulture/Floriculture forms are also included in the envelope. These projects you do not enroll in online. These have to be done on paper and returned to the office.
* Pre Fair Entries - Please try to get your pre-fair entries done on or before Thursday, July 14th. The deadline is Friday, July 15 @ 9:00 p.m. but Alysia will be out of the office that Friday. If you need help please contact the office on or before the 14th. Their will be limited help on the 15th.
** Reminder on pre-fair entries. Go to hayes.fairwire.com to do the pre-fair entries. This is not the 4H Online website. What you are doing now is enrolling your actual exhibits you are bringing to fair. It is through a program called ShoWorks. This program tracks all exhibits, points and premiums for fair and tallying everything after fair.
