Hastings Fire & Rescue host an open house for the public on Saturday, October 15th from 9-11 AM at Fire Station #1, located at 1313 N. Hastings Avenue.
The event will be held to acknowledge Fire Prevention Week, which is nationally recognized from October 9-15, 2022.
The event will feature activities for people of all ages, including educational activities, safety and gear displays, rides on the department’s parade engine, tours of the fire station, refreshments and prize drawings.
