This holiday season, from December 16th through January 1st, 2023, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office will be partnering with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), to share the message about the dangers of Drunk Driving. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office will be patrolling the County Roadways with their primary focus being the apprehension of impaired drivers.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, an average of 10,000 people are killed each year in alcohol related crashes. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office encourages people to enjoy the Holiday Seasons, without driving impaired. Find other transportation alternatives instead of driving drunk.
