The APD would like to remind all of our residents about the City of Aurora's ordinance on fireworks. Please be safe and respect your neighbors.
§ 94.27 FIREWORKS.
Permissible fireworks may be discharged, exploded, or used in the city on June 25 through and including July 4, and on July 5 if such date falls on a Saturday, of each year; provided that on such days the discharge and explosion of fireworks shall be permitted during the following times:
(A) June 25 through July 3: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.;
(B) July 4: 8:00 a.m. to midnight; and
(C) July 5 if it falls on a Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to midnight.
